What is FrontRow?

Don't worry, its official SunIce business ;)

We didn't want to name our store "SunIce Merch" or something boring like that. We have big plans for this label, so we created the sub-brand "FrontRow".

How do I care for my clothing?

For optimal longevity of your product, follow these care instructions:

  • Wash products at 30° max
  • Wash inside-out to protect the print
  • Do not use fabric softener or heavy-duty detergent
  • Avoid tumble-drying
  • Iron inside-out, avoid ironing the print
  • Wash before first wear – the product can have print residue
What size should I get?

Out products are all relaxed-oversize fit. If in doubt, we recommend the smaller size.

Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you take?

We take:

  • Twint
  • All common Credit Cards
  • Paypal
Can I change my order after it's been placed?

No, due to our print-on-demand system, placed orders immediately enter the production queue at our supplier and cannot be canceled. If you want, you can return your product upon receipt.

Shipping

What is the shipping time?

Our products usually ship to EU and Switzerland within 1–2 weeks from Germany.

In some cases and during production-intense times like Christmas it may take up to 3 weeks.

International shipping beyond the EU usually takes 2-4 weeks.

Returns

What is your return policy?

If you picked the wrong size, don’t like the item, or have any other issue with your order, we’ll happily arrange a return.

We do not accept returns of washed, heavily used, or dirty products.
